Andrew Baldus, Owner
In 1989, after years of dabbling in consumer electronics as a System Designer and Installation Specialist for various local audio companies, Andy, with partner Jason Beecham founded Audio Impact. He saw the need for a local company that provided personalized service in the ever changing Audio and Video market. Educated in Engineering and Business Management Andy felt his technical acumen, engaging personal style and strong ethical upbringing were well suited to deliver a new experience to clients in an otherwise challenging industry.

Jason Beecham, Owner
Design and installation of mobile audio systems was the entry point into the A/V world for Jason. In 1989, Audio Impact was created with partner Andrew Baldus and the passion for mobile audio soon expanded into home and commercial A/V. Jason had the desire to develop an A/V business that customers felt valued and could comfortably turn to for all of there A/V needs and not be overwhelmed by the quickly changing industry. Jason's hands on experience is strengthened with a B.S. In Engineering from Michigan Technological University, 14 years in Manufacturing Leadership and being a Licensed Builder in the state of Michigan. Jason has an incredible work ethic and a relentless drive for problem solving to improve Audio Impact for the benefit of its customers.

Tony Hibbard, System integrator, has been involved in the A/V business for over ten years, specializing in residential and worship center systems.
